Refund Policy

Mayuravel Online Store ("Mayuravel") operates https://www.mayuravel.com and may operate other websites or mobile app (“platform”). It is Mayuravel policy to ensure your return & refund product policy will be considered upon the below condition while operating our websites & apps.

 

RETURN / REFUND POLICY

1. Return / Replacement / Refund Policy

All products sold on our website or apps should be brand new and 100% genuine. Our Return Policy covers the Customer against ‘damaged’, ‘defective’ and ‘not as described’ products. In case the product to be returned is not in stock or has been permanently discontinued, the refund for the entire product or part(s) of the product will be provided by Mayuravel. Customers can raise a request for return, replacement/exchange or refund within the return guarantee period post order delivery.

Customers will be able to return products within 7 working days of delivery provided they inform us through a mail within 3 days of Delivery

Certain products categorized against “No Returns” in the category wise returns policy list will have a no return policy except in the following cases:

  • Damaged or defective products
  • Fresh Products
  • Missing products
  • Expired product
  • Mis-shipped products
  • Fake products

It is clarified that the seller shall not dispute any returns on account of the above under any circumstances.

In case of customer returns, Sellers shall be charged shipping fee, reverse shipping fee, collection fee and pick-pack fee (Mayuravel Online Store Advantage) and any installation charges charged to the customer by any installation service provider as damages to the customer. Commission and fixed fees will not be charged on any customer return. 

 

2. Managing Customer Returns

If the Customer's return request is in line with our return policy, then the return will be accepted as a refund/replacement to Customer. In such scenario we shall make reasonable efforts to deliver the returned product to the customer within 7 days from return approved date. However, if no attempt to deliver the returned shipment to the seller is made within 14 days from the return creation date, the shipment will be considered as ‘lost shipment(s)’ and the seller will be compensated for the same after such 14 days from the return creation date, subject to the seller raising the claim, which shall be on a request basis only. In such cases, we will not have any liability to return the lost shipment(s) to the seller.

 

2.1. Return Request Raised

A Customer can raise a return request via our Customer support/Service directly using the mail id given in our contact details.(support@mayuravel.com)

The Seller will receive an email notification when a return request is raised or a return is created by the Customer including details of the order summary, status, quantity and price; Return request date and respond by date; and Customer detail.
 

2.2. Courier Returns - CR

Courier returns are returns which happen before the delivery of the product to the Customer. Following are the possible scenarios where CR due to courier returns happen.
 

2.2.1. Customer Not Reachable

If Customer is not reachable after 3 attempts by Logistics Partner’s attempt to deliver the package, the order would be considered cancelled. If Customers still want to purchase the item, he/she should place a new order, the previous product purchase, will not be entitled for a refund.

If Logistics Partner returns the package as an undeliverable package, the customer will not get the refund.

 

2.3 Following Products Returns Will Not Be Possible For Customers

  1. Made to order products
  2. Items that are returned without original packaging, freebies or accessories
  3. Products with tampered or missing serial numbers
  4. Product damaged because of user
  5. Product received is not in the same condition as Seller shipped to the Customer
  6. Return request is made outside the specified time frame

 

2.4. Return Pick-Up

During the return pick-up from the Customer, the product is checked for the following conditions, which need to be complied by the Customer

 

Correct Product
IMEI/name/image/brand/serial number/article number/bar code should match and MRP tag should be undetached and clearly visible.
 

Complete Product
 

Unused Product
The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/return tags/warranty seals (wherever applicable).
 

Not Damaged Product
The product should not be damaged and should be without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.

 

2.5. Not Damaged Packaging

Product’s original packaging/box should not be damaged.

 

2.6 Duplicate Order

If you placed two or more identical orders and you let us know about it, you will receive a full refund for the duplicated order, provided that the Mayuravel does not make and deliver the item.

Although most changes are likely to be minor, Mayuravel may change its Return / Refund Policy from time to time, and in Mayuravel sole discretion. Mayuravel encourages visitors to frequently check this page for any changes to its Return / Refund Policy.
